Cloud, IoT, web, and mobile developers as well as visual, UI, and UX designers: together they’re the creators of tailor-made digital products. This is Paradigma, a reality composed of a team of professionals from different disciplinary areas who, with experience and passion, guide companies toward the path that follows their needs and the nature of their business.
For three consecutive years, Paradigma has given away a week of our co-living and co-working experiences in Fuerteventura to their most deserving and instrumental teammates. Why? They saw from the first trip that these Cosmico Workspaces don’t just benefit the employees who participate in them, but the company as a whole. How? Paradigma employees always return with a renewed sense of enthusiasm which fosters their bond with the company and improves the quality of their work.
We’ve had many of these experiences designed and organized by Cosmico in the past and we’ll continue to do many more in the future. We’ll add them to our corporate benefits because, in addition to trusting the quality of Cosmico's products, we notice the decisive added value that these experiences have on the teams. Every year new people will arrive and we’ll choose based on the results obtained, but there is also a seniority criterion behind it.
