Hibo, part of the Maggioli Group, works in the world of branding, communication, strategy, and digital transformation but with a strategy focused on data-driven customer experiences. Founded in Bologna by a group of entrepreneurs over 10 years ago, they now have around 90 employees and have expanded to both Milan and London. The agency covers various sectors ranging from automotive to publishing and luxury to consumer goods. Hibo is an agency that works with many different types of talent in the field of marketing and web development, operates through 4 business units: Strategy, Creative, Digital Products, and Events, and acts as a partner to guide clients through their journey of activating these digital experiences.

HIBO + Cosmico 🚀

Paola Manzoni, Hibo’s PMO, approached us just over a year ago on a mission to increase the production capacity of their internal teams through our Talent-as-a-Service approach. In addition to being the organization's project manager, Paola also acts as the quality manager as well as an account manager.   Our collaboration with Hibo started with some tech talent, a group of professionals composed of developers of different seniority and with various types of skills (expertise on different platforms and different programming languages such as PHP, Laravel, and Kotlin. Recently, Hibo has also asked us for some creative talent, designers, and social media strategists.   Our talent is staffed on projects for Hibo’s clients: our tech talent is working on e-commerce and web platforms of various kinds, including apps, while our creative talent is staffed on brand repositioning projects and the declination of all communication materials. Activities related to strategy and social media are always dedicated to those who operate in the consumer goods sector.   Hibo embraces new production models, foremost among them remote and smart working.
Hibo has professionals who have never known office work: from university, they moved directly to remote work. Yet everyone maintains the habit of going to the office two or three times a week, and this is not by imposition. Indeed, at Hibo we choose to go because we feel the need: the office has become a benefit just like the possibility of working from wherever you want.
